I wouldn't take the un nos. very seriously anymore. The real no. everyone should take a closer look at is the % no. of Americans employed. Its at a record low.

The job market is an unmitigated disaster. There's two tiers of jobs - elite jobs for the already well to do and flipping burgers at minimum wage if you're lucky enough to get hired among thousands of applicants.
