Mobile Music Fest

Police in Troy NY will allegedly be issuing tickets to vehicle owners playing music too loud.

Police will be utilizing sound meter technology, issuing tickets and towing vehicles in violations of the ordinance; police will also be cracking down on noise-enhanced mufflers on motorcycles.

I must say that if I had to guess on what type of music is usually played way too LOUD from rude motorists~9 out of 10 probably would be playing RAP!
For that reason alone~I'm for this ordinance. I consider it audio rape!
Oh, look Rap-Rap(e) Coincidence?
plus, living in Troy~I want my vote to count!
