When I was a kid, I loved this guy. His TV show was a riot.

MSNBC: Comedian Soupy Sales dies at age 83
Sales is survived by his wife, Trudy, and two sons, Hunt and Tony, a pair of musicians who backed David Bowie in the band Tin Machine.

OH SHIT! This is really bad news. I loved this guy. Thought he'd died a decade ago. He was a wacky funny type of comedian. I think Robin Willams modeled himself after this guy.
There was a rumor that one time he went to answer the door, on the Soupy Sales show i.e., there was a naked woman standing there. They pulled all kinds of tricks to get his on camera reactions. I heard that when I was a kid and thought it was great.
