More than half of all Manhattan residents are living alone -- and the number of singles in the city is continuing to rise to historic levels, new Census Bureau data show.

Great place to open a bar or nughtclub, except for the rents and the pervasive drug culture u have to compete against and deal with. Oh and the gangs as well and the corrupt inspectors and last but not least the geedy as Insurance parasites. Hey,on 2nd thought maybe not such a good idea after all.
