Nikkei Opens Higher On Wednesday

Its a rare moment in the Nikkei where it is gaining directly after a day when the DOW lost 82. In the last year or so this is a freak event. The Nikkei usually follows the direction of the DOW "to a tee."

Generally it was a day to forgive and forget.
