  36 U.S. Code § 301 is about the National Anthem and it's big in the news as we know. President Trump is real big on 36 U.S. Code § 301.

  But check this out, 36 U.S. Code § 303 - signed legislation in 1986 by President Ronald Reagan to make the rose the floral emblem of the United States. I hope all patriots out there understand that when you are standing by a rose, you are standing next to the floral emblem of the USA. The rose has not quite risen to the level of concern that we now have for the National Anthem, but just give it time. Music, once again, usurps flowers.
