The country is in the hands of someone who is utterly lacking in powers of careful deliberation. He acts in less than rational ways and he acts in a way that provokes a general sense of an unsettled insecurity. He is a loose cannon. We saw it coming, we warned everyone we could, now we have to deal with it.
