The donors got shoved aside this election and are migrating to either Clinton's Corporatist team or Johnson's Libertarian 3rd party. You notice all the choices in this so called election are on the right again with Clinton what would be construed by the MSM as a centrist. Being in the center means being owned totally by BIG Corp. as she is indeed. The right this season though is the ALT. RIGHT ( AKA the KKK et al.) Johnson are the conservatives that like pot and sex and no other regulations except the ones against Abortion. It's not much of a race at this juncture maybe that will change after Labor day? The MSM needs a horse race so they can sell lots of ads. I suspect that the GOP will be buying plenty down ticket this fall to try and save their Congressional power. Hillary will be ok about that , so she and Bill can whine about them blocking all the good things they'd do if ONLY. BULLSHIT! It's just a good cop bad cop act that everybody is getting tired of. In reality, the Clinton's will get along just fine with the Corporatist elite of both parties and business usual will continue.

Amazing, isn't it. This election is boiling down to a billionaire backed up by the KKK versus the corporate establishment which right now is a blend of the previous GOP and the Democrats. The difference is that Clinton is at least a domestic social policy liberal which helps lots of groups including women, gays etc. So I do value her Supreme Court picks. We take care of one fire at a time in America, the country moves very slowly and with great labor pains before it can make a change. This is our reality, I no longer buy into notions of paradise or an egalitarian society - not in America, not in my lifetime. The country is simultaneously making progress while it keeps falling apart. It's like a tree that is simultaneously growing and thriving and then there's limbs that are falling off from rot. This is what we have.
