Good morning. It is 77 degrees, humid as all heck, and cloudy here in the Upper Hudson Valley, the forecast predicts a cloudy day with temperatures in the 90s this afternoon. It's not the heat, it's the humidity, dang. Another day and no doubt another barrage of Trump double standard b.s. will heat the media. I wonder how it would be if Clinton in an off handed 'casual' manner suggested that Trump should be assassinated by someone, just to take matters into their own hands. You think that would go over well, do you think the right wing would say oh she can say that because she says what's on her mind and that's why we like her. This election is a farce, it's the struggle between very hateful highly under educated people with utterly bizarre ideas, and all they are are ideas, about the world on the Trump side versus the rest of us who find the latter terrifying.
At 8:50 a.m. ET futures are modestly higher and the price of oil per barrel is down. The market is poised to open higher.
Notice that Macy's is about to close another 100 stores, not a good sign. It's been a while since I've been in a Macy's actually but in a past life I liked the place. They generally had stylish clothes of reasonable quality, slightly pricey. Also notice that Russia is mired in a major recession due to the collapse of oil prices, this does not seem to be stopping Putin from wedging in political interests around the world.
