The Market On Tuesday

Good morning. It is 70 degrees, breezy, and sunny here in the Upper Hudson Valley. The forecast predicts a sunny day and that temperatures will get up near 80 degrees this afternoon. Last night we experienced a rare full moon, one that occurs on the first day of Summer, making it a 'Strawberry Full Moon'. We are learning more and more about Trump's presidential campaign and it's organization or rather it's lack there of. Trump is low down on funds and it appears that his family was behind the firing of Lewandowski. I'm sorry to see Corey go as up to this point he was running the campaign perfectly from my point of view, that would be perfectly into the ground. Hopefully his replacement is equally adept at recreating that same type of momentum.

At 8:50 a.m. ET futures are modestly higher and the price of oil per barrel is down. The market is poised to open modestly higher.

Investors are still working on the no Brexit sentiment. The official vote occurs on Thursday and one can only speculate that if upon hearing the official word that the Brexit will not occur, the market will explode. Janet Yellen appears in Washington DC this morning and whenever the Fed chair speaks, the global investment community carefully and attentively listens. A base interest rate hike is not expected at this time.
