  At 9:00 a.m. ET futures are significantly higher and the price of oil per barrel is up The market is poised to open significantly higher.

  Today we learn if Britain brexits or does not brexit. The vote tally comes through later this afternoon and with it so goes a lot of global equities value along with all currency values. A vote to leave the E.U. will throw the enter viability of the E.U. as an ongoing entity into question. Either way a very strong strain of nationalism is sweeping the globe. Pay attention to that.
