Obviously, there is a very strong anti-Israel and anti-Jewish left many of whom are black and this commentator is an example. Unspoken, was the issue of Israel in this interview, but it was right there. Hillary is pushing behind the scenes to activate the Carter element of the party which is white that is also anti-Israel, but it's aging and declining and losing much of it's influence. With Carter dying and withdrawing from the political field I think Bernie will survive this challenge. Dr.Cornell West is hugely influential among this crowd and he likes Bernie despite his ethnicity. Sanders is wisely filling his staff with young people from what I understand, he know they are the ones that will power his campaign and they are also the ones he'll need to do the things necessary if he's elected. The Corp. media lies in wait of some kind of way to bring this man down. In the mean time it has its hands filled trying to bring Trump to heel on the far right and its not doing so well over there is it?

Bernie has been around for a long time. As I live up here, he's in the news a lot, and I've always liked his work and ideas. I always saw him as appropriate for Vermont, sort of a perfect fit giving Vermont and its population. I don't see him as president. I don't think he can pull off the purple states like New Mexico, Ohio, and Florida. So I see him as a loser, like McGovern except he wouldn't lose as badly as George. His personal background I think, is a non issue. If you've got a Herman Cain and now Carson running for the GOP, the door is now wide open to anybody. The ultra left loves Bernie.
