Plan

  This stuff keeps coming back around, I remember how it hit suburban white kids in the early 70s. There are plenty of people out there ready and willing to shoot heroin and you would think they would know better given all the warnings. Nope, they're totally happy to really screw up their lives.

There's a sense of abandonment among the youth and no wonder millions exit school buried in debt and find there are few jobs. Minority youth get it even worse, and many are ruined with minor drug charges that leave them prime victims for drug gangs that all but run their neighborhoods.

I would call that scenario hell on Earth. Would one call that any better than living under ISIS? Every once in a while someone escapes, but not enough do. They all have to escape.
