Better yet who even understands what the fuck their saying half the time. The average Joe and Jill just want a chance at a job anymore and the system has become so corrupted and so elitist that you need to be a friggin genius in Math or some science to get a job driving a cab. Jim Sande said...: I think academics try to be the moral conscience as it were. It's true - their language is impenetrable to anyone but their own inside circle, and they are in an elite field that is dwindling at some universities - cheaper help is the rage everywhere. Ordinary people are not connected to elite academics in any way but there are a few academics who understand and make it very presentable to all. I think Robert Reich is pretty accessible, that's why I read him.; 8:59 AM
