The struggle has been lost for millions as Labor Unions in the Private economy fall to 7% of the total private workforce. For the Public workforce Unions have secured them a wonderful Middle class lifestyle now out of the reach of many. Sadly, the contrast of these two groups is being used by the right to try and destroy Public Unions as well. If they succeed and they are mounting ever increasing attempts at this America ill return totally to a 19th century economy of master s and servants for many without a rural based economy of small farmers and small businessmen to offset this situation.

Yes, we are going backwards in many respects. I personally know someone who has not had a corporate wage raise in about 7-8 years since the 2008 meltdown. They're still holding people hostage over the threat of losing your job.

Corp. employees in most Industries have frozen wages and reduced benefits these last 6 yrs.

Yes and if there was ever a case that trickle down is complete and utter bullshit this is it. The DOW is soaring, top execs have never raked it in like right now.
