Good article - interconnected indeed, how could it possibly be any other way. This goes along with the types of subtle changes that climate change is making and that scientists are picking up on except in this instance this is a much grander scope of the earth that is being considered. We're screwing it up but good and there's really no immediate action plus there's a concerted effort in the USA right wing to completely ignore it. Imagine what a new GOP Senate means in 2014 even in regards to climate change action. It means nothing whatsoever happens from the point of view of the most powerful nation on the globe.
