Fios Out Of Control
I just spent the last hour trying to get Fios to fix my internet connection. My god, if there was ever a situation established to utterly and completely frustrate human beings, Verizon has achieved that remarkable achievement. I was ready to literally throw my phone out the window, I am so completely sick of talking to robotic voices. Corporations are out of control.

The robotic voices are actually preferable to the assholes they have manning their phone lines. I remember a long conversation with a verizon phone rep. He was such a fucking douche I wished I could reach through the phone line and wring his neck.
The day I ended our landline and ended our relationship with verizon was a great day.
And the funny thing is, they over charged me on our last bill. They were supposed to reimburse me something like forty dollars. But they never did. And I can bring myself to call them about it, because it's so horrible speaking to them. I actually prefer to let them have the forty bucks rather than subject myself to their call center.
I suspect they make millions of dollars a year for that reason; customers who can't take any more punishment.
I still have a land line, internet, and TV! Your story sounds incredibly familiar, lord help us.
