If the people complaining had been Muslims or some other non-Christian group do any us really believe the Court would have rendered such an opinion? These guys are just making it ( the Constitution) up as they go along. Original intent my ass. This is a creatively activist Court that has absolutely no respect for precedent or the law. They are the Reactionary vanguard of the far right struggling to rewrite the law in its own ideological image and doing a pretty good job of it.

I was wondering after I read this what is keeping the conservative 5 from striking down legal abortion. Then certainly can do it, they have the power. The resistance would be strong, but these people don't seem to give a rat's a## about anything other than ideological right wing policy. Doesn't matter if they take us back to 1254 A.D., it's all good stuff to them. I try to think about their perspective and I am flummoxed. I don't get the mind set.
