They earned it the old fashioned way, @ birth. In most of their cases, its also the last piece of strenuous physical work they'll ever have to perform. I call this the order of the silver spoon.
American privilege is founded on this. Used to be at Harvard that the wealthiest got top honors then descending according to net worth. Grades or academics had nothing to do with it.
