Yes, that National Review. This is the strangest article I have seen yet coming from the right. It's not the usual denier level nonsense, the author basically seems to get it, however it's still filled with the bizarre blame, vitriol, and off the wall approaches we've come to expect from the right. The right is trying so hard to put forth a policy but they are essentially rudderless in the ocean. Read this thing, it is a strange, begrudging mix of Reaganomics and the reality of global warming. The right desperately needs to get past Reagan. Even the title of the article is bizarre, big government progressives meets conservative global warming - oh for fuck's sake.
