Bill is so disingenuous. He knows damn well most of his super rich pals hide most of their incomes offshore like Willard and have feel no shame doing it. In fact, many of them feel that they shouldn't have to pay anything. It's been shown experimentally that the more a person acquires the less emphatic they become. I see it daily. Angry rich folks who feel put upon by those around them with less and are bitter about it. It's sad. It's almost as if each dollar above a certain pt. just hardens the soul. Maybe that's why Jesus said it was harder for a rich man to get into heaven then it was trying to fit a camel through the eye of a needle. Even back then he understood this phenomenon. Today however the M$M that they own extolls their wealth and Orwellian style praises them as the "job creators." The use of the phrase creator isn't by accident. They are being compared to Gods. I don't have to tell you what that means for the rest of us.
Do they all drive silver Mercedes up your way?

No, I grew up in Westchester and the income disparity in that county is huge, really huge. Each town is like a mini NY with a ghetto and far away outlying mansions on huge acreage etc. The wealthy kids in my public high school all essentially had private school educations because they were in advanced classes with the same few kids. Up here it's different the disparity is less so. There's plenty of fabulously wealthy people in different zones like Saratoga in the summer. Housing prices are not so profound around here. A $300,000 house up here is worth over $1mil easily around NYC.

You do see the occasional amazing Benz or BMW, you never see an exotic car like an Italian one of a kind.
