Tassajara Bread

Nice recipe - made two loaves today and there's nothing like the smell of fresh baked bread.

Wow!! Great idea,we have a bread maker in the closet and haven't used it for yrs. Love fresh bread.

One theory is that that smell is what finally convinced humans to settle down and eat grasseed after millenniums of hunting and gathering.
