Neo-E is what is going to really divide the classes in a very nasty and eventually scary direction. As the rich use this tool to strengthen their hand over the rest of us they're going to start to create some real monsters.I could easily see two or three separate human species evolving in the short and the ones with the enhanced genome are not going to look kindly on the rest. A real Eugenics war lies ahead and its going to be them trying to enslave and kill off as many of us as possible. Hitlers holocaust and murder of millions will seem like a scrape on humanity's knee compared to what these super -humans are going to be capable of without conscience. Don't believe it? Look around, see any Neanderthals anymore? We were the victors of the last such conflict from 20K yrs. ago. Round 2 is coming up and our neo-evolved children or grand-children will be the victors this time around. Did anyone ever see the scary 50's and 90's re-do of a movie called "Village of the Damed?"
