"In theory there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice there is." - Yogi Berra

I'm afraid I agree. Forcing the uninsured to buy someone else's products or services or be fined by the State is an obnoxious situation. The example used by many that were forced to buy car Ins. is a bogus argument because you don't need to drive and the Ins. is on the car not the driver anyway. With health Ins. you have no option. Here's were the Gov'ts position falls apart as far as I can see. If it's so important that everyone must have Health Ins. then it certainly follows that it should then be a Gov't supported service like single payer or the public option that all pay a tax to be part of, just as SSI and Medicare are supported by a tax.
Its going to go to the Supremes. Since there are more R's than D's now, it will get struck down. Politics will ultimately decide its constitutionality.
