10:13 p.m., speech is over. I did not hear it as being inspiring. This is my first general reaction.
10:23 p.m., the speech was flat and uninspiring. Obama seems burnt out. This was a cheer-leading type of speech, weak on ideas, repetitive and frustrating in the sense that we need some fizz and what we got was flat soda.
