Some are calling this plan the Speculators rescue plan. Is it right to bail out these people? Ok, single homeowners, but in many cases ,especially in Fla., and Calif. the masses of these mortgages were no % loans that speculators just walked on when the bubble burst. This is the core of the problem and why should the rest of us save these people and companies? Why? Give me a good reason? I worked hard and paid off my mortgage it took 15 yrs. of saving and scrimping and playing by the rules. Now these gamblers are going to be pulled from the fire with my tax $$? Fuck them. It's just more rewarding the wealthy friend , while using a few homeless people as poster children for this wrong headed move. As for the banks fuck them also. Nobody gives a shit for the rest of us when we fail but these crazy ass gamblers get to endlessly throw the dice and lose and the rest of us pick up the tab?
FIRE them all and put in new management that aren't Greedy NUTZ!
