Guilty

We know that bush Decided to trample on the Constitution. The Great Decider decides.

So at this juncture, Obama is cleaning house and exposing all of the legal tweaking and rewriting that Bush lawyers made up to wiretap whoever they wanted to wiretap.

There must a some kind of dictum out there. If you have a Republican president he's going to trample on the Constitution. Oh, and let's not forget if you have a loud mouthed ranting idiot speaking to a conservative convention he's going to mis-quote the Constitution.
