Caught in his own lies he just continues to lie figuring he will just confuse the issue and that his rabid base doesn't care anyway. This person is beneath contempt. We have a 5 yr. old as President and it bodes ill for all of us.

He believes his lies too. To me that demonstrates how big his ego has gotten. He thinks he's a god, beyond reproach and whatever he says and does is a stroke of genius.
