NY Times: Voters May Be Wising Up by Paul Krugman
...people like Ryan barely waited for the ink on the tax bill to dry before proclaiming that social programs must be cut to reduce the budget deficit the tax cuts will do so much to inflate.

No surprise here the social side of the Gov't has always been his target. His problem is he has only a few more months to do anything about it and without 60 votes in the Senate, this is where the Dems. can stop him, maybe. I don't have very much confidence in Pelosi or Schumer in this regard. They'll let Ryan cut and then use the cuts politically neither really gives a shit about the effects on the people.
