The operative word is YET! I believe soon he won't be able to help himself he has little or no impulse control. ONLY fear of making things even worse have kept him at bay so far.

He may fire Mueller but that alone still doesn't end the investigation. There has to be a definitive squashing of the investigation. That will be a big alarm, a very memorable day in American history.
