Congress knows Donald is up to his lying ass in Russian loans and in Russian businesses and partners with Russian mafia members and Putin. If this had been Hillary she would have already been Impeached and hung by this Congress.
He had a quid pro quo arrangement with Putin. Putin gets Trump Tower up and running in Moscow including financing since Trump has no credit anywhere, and Trump reciprocates with lowering sanctions against Russia. The assist to help Trump win the election was just a sweetener to the deal, a little extra benefit. He's a self serving money grubber, he sick on money and would sell the interests of the country out to get his bank roll.
