It's pretty obvious. He's been able to get away with it up till now because the American Oligarchy is filled with such disgusting riff raff. They get away with murder and worse because they have the cash for fancy lawyers.

It doesn't end well for Trump. It doesn't end well for the country. This was a massive mistake and the GOP knows it. The GOP is lost at sea. Trump's personality and mental disorders are adversely affecting all of us, people are tense to say the least.
