NY Times: Trump Humiliated Jeff Sessions After Mueller Appointment By MICHAEL S. SCHMIDT and MAGGIE HABERMAN

Sessions was put there specifically to KILL any and all investigations into this man's extremely nefarious past. He failed in that spectacularly. Trumpf's failure is to assume loyalty comes automatically to the President. He should have read All the President's Men. Oh, right he doesn't read. Oh well.

Trump has this thing about humiliating people, it's in his DNA. It's horrible. My interaction with Trump supporters in comment sections I find the same thing - lot of dishing it out and no ability to take it.
