Washington Post: Whom to trust when it comes to health-care reform? Trump supporters put their faith in him. By Jenna Johnson
Soon after Charla McComic’s son lost his job, his health-insurance premium dropped from $567 per month to just $88, a “blessing from God” that she believes was made possible by President Trump.
The price change was actually thanks to a subsidy made possible by former president Barack Obama’s Affordable Care Act, which is still in place, not by the tax credits proposed by Republicans as part of the health-care bill still being considered by Congress.

These are sad times, but yes Trumpf's base are as dumb as rocks and they want to believe everything he says. Many others though are waking up to the sordid reality of being conned by this guy. It's a feeling very common around where I live. The funny thing is though you'll never hear any of them admit it except to themselves. Why? Because they feel a deep sense of shame once they do realize it. Shame that they basically sucker punched themselves. It's a nasty situation. Most of them never wake up, though. they just keep buying the kool-aid and watching Fox et al. Pathetic.
A nation of kool-aid drinkers put this guy in power, such a tragedy and so unnecessary. To have this level of misunderstanding, and to be this gullible, it's tragic.
