NY Times: Who Wins and Who Loses Under Republicans’ Health Care Plan By KEVIN QUEALY and MARGOT SANGER-KATZ
The biggest losers under the change would be older Americans with low incomes who live in high-cost areas. Those are the people who benefited most from Obamacare.

The GOP Health plan is basically just a way to toss anyone on the street they feel are LOSERS. Its not a Health plan at all. It's the opposite.

It's nothing more than an Orwellian exercise in double-talk or newspeak. Coverage is now called Access. Everyone will have "access" as if they didn't have access before. Of course, we always have access if we can afford it. Freedom to choose your Dr. same thing here "if you can afford it." The whole thing is a ruse to remove Healthcare from the old, poor and the disabled and lower premiums for those that don't need it ( the young.) The Ins. companies will once again be able to deny coverage for those with pre-existing conditions and we'll be right back to where this all started in 2009. Of course, rates though will be jacked into the sky as the preferred method of denial of care. The magic of the free market!! It won't pass though ( at least not in this form) because now even a portion of the GOP can't sell this joke at home.
