Good morning. It is -5 degrees and sunny here in the Upper Hudson Valley. There is a wind chill warning in effect for the area, the wind chill brings the temperature down around -30 to -50. Needless to say, be careful out there, if possible stay home, it is a holiday. The forecast doesn't get too much better either, as the long range forecast doesn't show much change till the weekend and that's a long way off.
