The video shows the Takfiri terrorists barbarically pounding 3,000-year-old sculptures with hammers. Tens of militants are seen in the footage using pickaxes, ladders, drills and hammers to destroy every single piece of artifact in the museum.
A precious Assyrian protective deity, dating back to 7th century BC is also shattered by the militants in the video.

I remember when the Taliban blew up that huge Buddha in Afghanistan and thinking these are NAZIS, book and people burners God helps us. Now here we go again.
ISIL is distinguishing itself as the evil twin of the Taliban. Incidentally, one of the main leaders of Tibetan Buddhism was amazingly understanding about that Buddha getting blown up in Afghanistan. He just chalked it up to impermanence and changing times.
