It looks like the house pieces in Monopoly.
yeah, the little green houses.
I grew up in a house like that. I think it was the design of post-war Levitown style housing developments.
They are actually "Cape Cods", built to withstand the weather.
Yes, but this is definitely on the stripped down side of Cape Cods. Some Cape Cods have more windows and details. This particular house is in Delmar, I would ride by it often on my bike.
