Sadly, its going to be places like India that are going to bear the brunt of the warming. They're being angry about it doesn't give them a pass on being contributors to it. By the time the West figured out what was happening it was already too late to do much about it.

India has 1.25 billion people. If they do bear the brunt of it, the results are overwhelming to consider.
