Nasty stuff.
It's all relative GK. In this country people can't get medical treatment if they are poor or even middle class and don't have insurance. And they suffer, they are left for dead in many cases. Now that's not gassing your electorate, far from it, but what do you call it. At this point in this country there are those on the right that not only applaud that these people are left for dead, but as you and I know, they applaud it, encourage it. In fact they say they deserve to die because they are poor and that is your own fault, not the government's responsibility.
