Good morning. It is 32 degrees and overcast here in Upstate NY. It's encouraging looking at the 10 day weather forecast as we see hints of sun and temperatures in the 50s, but that's 10 days from now. This winter has been quite the opposite of last year's non-winter. This year winter is spilling over and we have yet to experience the lamb side of March. The forecast is also suggesting that we miss the large snow storm which is hitting parts of the Mid West, surprisingly it tracks south of us. Time to examine the news.
