Balance

This is a must read book for anyone (which at this point is probably everyone) who has anxiety, depression, and/or a mix of the two. Get this book and read it from cover to cover, do not skip to the restorative pose illustrations, read every last word and you will get useful, kind, gentle, non aggressive, and helpful tools for working with these issues. There is a therapy field called integrative emotional healing and this book is fundamental to that study.
