Paying For Climate Change

Notice that the article makes little mention of the effects of climate change on the human body as in surviving severe weather and severe temperatures. People are the "collateral damage" here, objectified in a matter of fact way. I'm not objecting to the article simply pointing out the most relevant and important cost which tends to get ignored in matters of business.
