DOW Higher At Noon

In the noon hour the DOW is at 12,996.76 up 108.83 points.

Just as we thought, the 2nd Quarter GDP at 1.5% beats the 1.4% expectation. Depending on the political inclinations and allegiances, the 1.5% will be viewed as good or bad. At the moment Wall Street sees it as good.
