Well that might be the case but not for my family. Our credit card debt is ZERO. We try to use cash, check or a debit type card. I taught my kids early on and repeated the theme to them that credit cards are just small shovels that can very quickly dig huge holes from which you will spend yrs. trying to climb out of. Neither has a credit card.

I am happy to report that we are also a ZERO credit card debt family. Hopefully that continues.
