Housing Remains A Mess

Apparently consumer sentiment is astoundingly high, or at least higher than consumer sentiment scientists had imagined.

On the flip side, home prices in many cities continues to fall. As housing is a pillar of the economy, this does not bode well in relation to the economic recovery.
