Over Armor

Medieval knights wore armor that was so heavy it drained them of energy. Turns out European history may very well have been influenced by this simple fact. The knights wearing heavy armor did not have the energy to fight. They were too worn out from carrying heavy armor around.

The knights must have been pretty hardy -- strong. Swords and lances were very heavy. Isn't it possible that knights were just quite a bit stronger than a normal person today?

You would think they would be stronger having to fight in armor that weighed 120 lbs. Its like the medieval weight training method.
