I literally stumbled across this clip searching for something.

We don't know her name.

Watch at least the introduction to the song. She starts with percussively playing the guitar, adds a bass-line to that, adds a rhythm part to that, then starts singing. That adds up to four parts, now that's multitasking.

She's competent, the recording is not so good, but she gets lots of points for many reasons.
