This Old House

We broke up the old worn out eroding entrance sidewalk that takes you from the driveway to the front door. Then we hauled out the debris in a little hatchback. After many trips we are done for the day. I spent a lot of time this afternoon like I was on the chain gang swinging a sledge hammer and making little rocks out of bigger rocks. I just know that I may not be able to get of bed tomorrow morning. We salvaged the old slate and right now there's no plan for what to put in its place except that it will be new and sharp.
