No Sag

My political side is opposed to this new Arkansas law that prohibits students from wearing saggy pants that show off the boxers. Its an infringement on freedom of expression.

My aesthetic dislike of the attire supports the law.

It is my understanding that the fashion trend comes from two sources. One is prison wardrobe where the need is to have pants off on demand for sexual reasons. The bottom would wear the loose pants. The other reason is that it is from the tradition of wearing big brother's hand me downs as a way to economize.

Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe signed a bill on Wednesday that bans students from wearing clothing that exposes "underwear, buttocks or the breast of a female."
